All artwork and images posted on this site (or images of my work posted anywhere) are under the sole copyright of the artist.  If you purchase a work you will own that work but the artist will retain all rights for reproduction of the images in all media and mediums.  While all efforts are made to create artwork with quality materials (archival grade when possible)  that will withstand time, it is normal for artwork to "age" over time based upon the care of the work by the patron, exposure to elements, humidity, sunlight, dust, etc. may affect the color or other features of the artwork over time. 

Fine Art Print Sales: All sales of Fine Art Prints are final. 

Sale of Original Artwork: All Sales of originals are final once delivered and accepted by the Patron. Delivery is considered complete upon receipt of shipment or upon local pickup or delivery.  For original art work purchased from the artist local delivery and install is limited to basic delivery of painting and hanging of the painting in a traditional fashion on drywall surfaces. Artist reserves the right to refund delivery/install fee and or change terms and pricing for unique installation situations.  In these situations Painting will still be considered delivered and hanging will become responsibility of the buyer.  All sales will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the artist, along with a bill of sale that can be used for tax and insurance purposes.  Shipping: shipping will be based upon our actual costs plus a $75.00 handling fee (cover cost of crate and packaging materials).  In the event shipping prices quoted on the site vary from actual costs by more then 10% we will refund the difference or charge buyer.  The safe delivery of the painting is important to us and the unique nature of the paintings size/shapes/ and location of our potential buyers can make it difficult to accurate price shipments. We suggest you contact us prior to purchase to help identify the safest and most cost effective way to deliver your purchase.

RIGHTS TO WORK: Again artist retains all rights to all images in perpetuity. If you purchase a work you will not have the right to mint NFT's off that work, only the artist has that right. If you wish to purchase a NFT of one of my works please contact me and we can make arrangements.  Once you own that NFT you will own the digital rights to that NFT but artist will retain all other rights to that image for use. Artist may or may not agree not to produce additional NFT's of that image.  NFT will be minted and for sale on OpeanSea, buyer may choose to have have NFT on ETH or Polygon Network. Buyer will be responsible for setting up their own wallet, preserving there own keys, and bare all the risks and responsibilities that come with possession and collecting of Non Fungible Tokens.
